Point Conception has retreated to the northwest. This high will
remain well off the coast through Monday...then slowly build
toward California. As a result...winds will be fairly light for
this time of the year through the weekend. A moderate southerly
swell will fill into the area tonight...then persist through early
next week...peaking on Sunday and Monday.
