Synopsis For Northern California Waters
Strong north winds and steep hazardous seas will persist over the outer waters through Sunday morning as high pressure over the northeast Pacific interacts with low pressure inland. The winds will ease Sunday afternoon as the high over the northeast Pacific weakens. The seas begin to subside Sunday afternoon as the winds ease. High pressure will rebuild late Monday night into Tuesday and the strong northerly winds will return to the outer waters.
